Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, this may take slightly longer — we'll email you if there's an unexpected delay.

Delivery Time

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Estimated delivery is 3-14 business days depending on your location and carrier, and may shift due to customs, weather, or seasonal volume.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch. Some orders ship in multiple packages from different suppliers, each with its own tracking number — this lets us get items to you faster.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before checkout. We're unable to refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Spotted a mistake right after ordering? Contact us immediately and we'll try to correct it before fulfillment.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, email contact@whiskwag.store and we'll check the latest tracking information and follow up with the carrier if needed.
